Yup, we'd put helmuts on them ... if we didn't arrest 'em first.  These
boys did get yelled at by passing adults but that did not deter them
from the hunt for the perfect bumper ride...  Thanks.  /matt

boy, here in america, they'd make these kids wear bike helmets!
