Based on my results with Bergger film and D-76 that seems like overkill.
With D-76 the film is incredibly sharp with very visible grain.  I would
expect the Rodinal to be even more so, but I don't know how much more
sharpness you can get!  The film looks like it needs Paraphenylene Diamine!
(A solvent-type developing agent)
