Session handling in large scale web sites is a tricky thing, in practice. If
you keep sessions around too long, you waste a lot of space. If you don't keep
them long enough, you annoy users.

B&H is still best when you write down what you want on a list, call, read the
list to the guy on the phone, and get the stuff the next day. Their phone
operations are incredibly well streamlined.

Just don't let them convince you to buy stuff that isn't on the list.
