The correction lens for my M6, with diopter and astigmatism correction, was
ground by an optician in Michigan, recommended to me by the Leica USA parts
person.  If you want to call the optician, his name is Jason Klimek, phone
810-695-4251. (This was between 1 and 2 years ago.)

Leica sells an empty correction mount for which you can have your optician
grind a lens.
