I recently bought one and got sharp, but slightly low contrast images.  I
sent it to Sherry Krauter to have it cleaned, about fify bucks.  Now it's
razor sharp, contrasty and its negs look similar to my new 50mm Summicron.
These lenses have a history of poor cement and fungus growth.  Make sure
yours is clean or repairable.
