The focal lengths refer to the framelines that the adapter brings up in the 
viefinder of various M series bodies.  I use a Bower adapter that's marked 
"50 - 75".  If you've got any other SM lenses that you'd like to use on an 
M, then order the appropriate adapter.  They all work with the Heliar.
