Myself I prefer something not quite exactly like life, maybe something like
my opinion about life at any instant. And choosing black and white is just a
quick way to eliminate a lot of what to me in my pictures is visual noise.
And I prefer to crop in the camera and print full frame, but if a picture
wants a crop, it gets it.

None of which is to say that it is not important for an imaging corporation
to be on the digital bandwagon (Kodak? Polaroid?) It is, and especially so
for a small outfit like Leica, if they are to continue to function as a
viable concern with at least some pretensions to independence. And so to
continue make gear that will enable me to keep making the kind of pictures I
want to make and practice practice practice this craft.
