Thanks for the hints, Mark.I also noted the other day in answer to someone
else's question you compared the development times of D23 and D76.

I should probably have paid better attention in chemistry, but what I get
from your detailed note, and some of the stuff in Malcolm's earlier posting,
is that a good deal weaker solution of Elon and sodium sulfite would work
better as solution A and keep the Kodalk ratio as is.

So: Metol, 5 grams
      Sodium sulfite 20 grams
      for a liter and leave in solution A for up to or about 8 minutes,
solution B (where I normally do mild agitation once a minute in a
combi-tank) for what, 3 to 6 minutes?

Guess I would use the same times as a starting point for roll films... I
used to do the old D23 water bath, too. Alone in the dark.
