I love the shots, intimate and wonderfully ethereal.....  But I think the
shots are both soft.  I do not see a definite plane of sharp focus....
Especially evident in the mother and daughter shot.

Is this a scan problem or?  Check your NEGATIVES.  Some plane should be
really sharp.
