Hi Mark, I have lived most of the last 20 years in Wantage 14 miles SW of
Oxford in the UK. I worked in France for 4 of these years, owned a house
there but was never really resident as I travel all of the time for my
business. I was born and raised in the North of England. Its a fair bit
warmer in Oxfordshire than the North but rarely too hot (over 75F is too hot
for me) it rarely freezes and we get about 30" of rain per year. I buy film
and process by mail.
Oxford is lovely as long as you have no car.
