Educated in the Midwest at UP of I and Northwestern and retired from GE 2 years ago. My first good camera was a Rollie that I worked for all summer when I was 16! Way back when I bought a 111G with a collapsible lens to use as a carry around camera before all the point and shoot cameras hit the market. It was a great ides but to heavy to carry arould in my back pocket and it also needed a light meter. I eventually sold it(not my only mistake in life) and got the first clamshell Olympus as a carry around. My serious equipment has been Nikon SLR since 1975. Lately I've been getting the urge again to get a Leica although from a need standpoint I don't need it. My question to you is what finally put over the top to finally buy the Leica and what did you buy. I'm torn between going digital, the Leica or even getting back to mid size via a Hassalblad. My biggest problem is that these are all wants and no serious need. Regards, Harry
