I have three of the adapters to use screw mount lenses on an M body.   All
three are new in their poly bags.   Two are for bringing up the 50 and 75mm
framelines and the third is for bringing up the 35 and 135mm framelines.
They are made in Japan and I will sell all three for $100 plus $5 for
shipping.
