Big blue thing with heavy duty latches, custom built for the camera.) I had removed the lens from the mount, packed it in bubbles in the same case. As we were waiting after boarding, they were loading baggage, and I heard a loud thunk, I remarked that it was probably my camera. Anyhow, when we got home, I found I was right. Somehow, in a fitted, bullet-proof case, the baggage handlers managed to break the lens mount and cause an internal injury to the camera. Fortunately, we had already shot the job. After that, I ALWAYS carried my camera aboard. Regards, SonC http://www.sonc.com
