That evening I was determined to tape up all the offending bits so that I could be a real photographer. Unfortunately, my tools have a habit of getting scattered all about, and for the life of me I could not locate my roll of black electrical tape. Things were getting desperate as I frantically raced between the basement, various rooms upstairs, and the studio. Luckily I have a very kind hearted young daughter who offered to share some of her stickers with me. Of course, she first tried to pawn off some hokey Pokeman stickers that she didn't even like, but after a bit of negotiation I was able to get a couple Power Puff Girl stickers out of her. Buttercup, of course, since she's the tough one. I don't have any pictures, so you'll have to imagine the m6 on top of the stack in Kyle's picture with a couple carefully placed Buttercup stickers. I have discovered a side benefit of this Leica stickering is that it makes a great conversation starter among the preschool-kindergarten crowd. Kid: "hey mister, did you know you have a powerpuff girl on your camera?" Me: "yes, don't tell any one, but I happen to be a close personal friend of Buttercup, and she loaned me her special camera." Kid: "............did your mom drop you on your head when you were young? My mom says that's why some people are stupid." Tom Finnegan Seattle
