Regarding film for flash..........I use 100 or 200 if I know I can use
bounce flash. Generally f4 at 25th sec if I need to light up a
large room. Or even f8 at 10th if I'm steady enough.

For people, I generally use 400 NPH of even 800 NGHII.
I'll set the 400 at 320 and the 800 at 640 for a little overexposure.
