Yes, 
BUT
They then have to carry another paper. And change it in the machine. And 
then change it back to color.
If they can print EVERYTHING on one paper that is a better business 
solution for them.
You're still thinking on too high a level. 
Think lowest common denominator - thats this game.

On a positive note, it appears that Kodak is responding to their 
customer's wants.
