I can't speak about TMX, I don't use it, but Neopan 400 in XTOL 1:3 is 
wonderful.  Nice sharp  fine grain for 400 ISO, and gorgeous tonality.  Just 
be sure to use at least 200ml of stock XTOL per roll or it will be 
underdeveloped. Try it and let us know what you think.
