I have a Pam Britar that I acquired many years ago for a few dollars. I have never really used it since I liked my Elmar 90mm LTM. I thought it might have been a movie lens. A few months ago, I tested the lens against an Elmarit 2.8, Jupiter 85mm f2.0, a collapsible Elmar and the Elmar 90mm M mount using a lens test chart. By print viewing, I judged it to come in last at all f-stops.
