Tho present Leica lenses would be compatible with an M-type body, I think a digital-dedicated M would probably be preferred by Leica. The M6D would be lighter and more compact than a film M with a digital back. Besides, it would be priced like a film M body, if Leica intended to sell them successfully. The M6D would probably get Nikon back into the RF field. I wonder which mount Nikon would use? br br
