I have been using it on my M4-2 up until know. I have experienced some out of focus pictures. However, I have been sneaking a shot and used a stand in point to focus on that appeared to be equidistant to my intended subject. Amazingly, most my pictures were in focus. I still can't make up my mind to my favorite the M3 or the M4-2. I like both for picture taking.
