Subject: [Leica] Colour negative film

Here in the UK, there is a Kodak film called Ultra. It is ISO 400, but is
currently being reformulated and repackaged and will be ISO 640 (although,
as a consumer film, the only ISO making is on the cassette). It sells (in
quantity) for about £2 (US$3) for a 36 exp. roll. I usually buy it in the
"duty free" as I travel through an airport.

This film is made in the EU (not sure where) and I find it a great
all-rounder. I used to use Kodak's ISO 200 US products, as the grain of the
400s was still objectionable. No such complaints with Ultra.

Please note this is just a film I use for general purposes. In such use, I
am a chauvinistic Kodak user (in respect for the many years of support they
provided me professionally) so I cannot compare to other films directly.
