I am using two PCI cards in my Compaq and eMachines desktops and PC cards in my Dell laptop and Compaq iPaq Pocket PC. All with simultaneous access to the internet without wires. Look for items Farllon, Compaq, Zoom, Dell, 3Com and others. If you are looking for information on how this relates to photography, read this article about combining an Airport with a digital camera to get shots not possible with conventional solutions. Good sports reading as well. http://www.manginphotography.com/sptshtr20.html Don't let the fact that the Airport is an Apple product fool you. It is one of the cheapest solutions available for wireless access. In addition, it adheres to the 802.11b standard, so other devices using this standard can use it as an access point. Email me directly if you have any further questions. Best, Rick - --
