You just need to go to the window where your files are in and <run> <command> (this will open up a command window, where your current working directory is the window your files are in> and type ftp -i ( -i turns off the interactive prompting. You will then see an ftp> prompt. You type open place you want to ftp to. and to put all of the files into that place you type mput * .. If you want to see your progress type hash at the ftp> prompt.
