I second the good opinion on Robert White mail order. 

Mamiya USA, which distributes Mamiya and Toyo in North America, has an
outrageous pricing policy that almost doubles the price on their gear in the
US and Canada relative to everywhere else in the world. 

Whatever the copyright story, Robert White has shipped Mamiya/Toyo stuff to
me in Canada.
