I fully support the recommendation of Quality Light-Metric. I was in
Southern California last Monday and took my M4-2 meter in since it wasn't
reading. I met George Milton.

The meter arrived at my Oakland, California home on Thursday and it works
great, $72.00.

He can recalibrate the meters for 1.5 volts.
