I forgot to mention that:

1) If the purchaser is in an EU country, I will be happy to drive across the
border to Germany and ship from there to avoid customs and VAT issues; and

2) If the purchaser is in the New York City area, we can meet and do the
transaction in person either on the afternoon of Feb. 26 or the evening of
Feb. 27.
