Stopping down 1 stop from that used on the DoF scale seems to give a good safety margin. It works perfectly for me, as long as I'm able to judge the distance. Fortunatley, I had plenty of practice doing that using viewfinder cameras in the 1950s and '60s. Regards, __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
