The old Canon EOS 5 is as quiet as a Leica, even with the 5fps motor.

The F100 and F5 are almost as quiet as the EOS 5, but not quite.

The Hexar RF, IMHO, is about as loud as a Leica, even with the extra motor
noise. 

If you want quiet, use a Mamiya 6 or AF hexar. Both make a Leica seem like a
loud beasty.
