I must have watched Pulp Fiction 10 times, and I never noticed any focussing errors. Then again, if I'm aware of things like focussing errors, the bokeh, microphones jutting into the scene, or the seat under my arse, then the film has failed to capture my attention and move me into the world it's creating.
