As someone who has nothing to do with software development, but has known a lot of dial up tech support folks, (who get to daily deal with the folks Cook is talking about) I thought it was pretty funny. C'est la vie. Regardless, Cook's quote has even less to do with Leica Usage than discussion of soft boxers, fine motorcycles, guitars, cigars, pens, Scotch, etc...so um...please let's not start yet another endless on LUG thread over it ok?
