Subject: [Leica] Split printing technique: How to?

OK, I searched the archives for "split printing Mark Rabiner" and drew a
blank, at least with regards to how to do it.  I have a regular B&W enlarger
and use Multigrade filters.  How do I (step by step) do split printing?
