It has two dials, one going 10, 20, 30.../ 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and the other going 1, 2, 3...10. You set the two dials to represent the time. There is also a switch that multiplies the number by 10. Then, there is a toggle switch "focus/time" and a push button that starts the timer. I don't know who markets it in the U.S., but probaby Saunders which imports LPL enlargers.
