Depends what you mean by "available."  In Manhattan, the only store that
carries it, sem-reliably, is B&H (sometimes Adorama).  In Europe it is sold
as a professional film.  In North America, it has been superceded by Superia
(also known as Reala Superia), a vastly inferior film.

I have no idea where B&H gets their stock.

You might be thinking of Reala Superia, which is a second-rate consumer
film.  (Reala was sold as a consumer-grade film in North America, but
professionals relied on it pretty heavily.)
