Here's a suggestion.  Move to Australia!  I live in the coldest city in
the land, and we had snow just once this last winter - a couple of
inches that stayed on the ground for a few hours, just long enough for a
snow ball fight.  

You'd better learn how to drink beer first, before coming over, so's not
to embarrass y'self.
