No, not quite though that would be cool. I simply set the flash to auto at f/11 or f/16, set the aperture on the Rolly to that, use an incident meter to figure out what shutter speed the ambient light would require at that stop, and use a shutter speed a stop higher so that the ambient exposure is one stop under (sometimes two).
