Speaking of fill flash,

Can anyone here tell me about how well the M6 TTL and appropriate flash 
work compared to say Nikon or Canon flash which is nearly foolproof?

Can you do a minus 2-3 stop flash compensation and really get it?
Whats the overall flash exposure accuracy of the system?

I currently have non TTL M6 cameras and little twinky flashes but it 
would be nice to have equal capability to my Nikon's in a much smaller 
package.
