What demographic survey! Ask around and talk to people who should of been
consulted, and guess what, you'll draw a blank. Leitz' methods must be the
same ones they use for customer satisfaction at the service level. I get the
impression that if they make it, we must like it. Besides, who will they
ask, a german photographer, that's a laugh, when their market is mostly
overseas. Germany hasn't produced a batch of photographers of note since E.
Hass. And the "other guy" uses a Rollei, and a Hasselblad when no ones
looking. Demographic survey, ah, let's call Leitz and see if they even know
what the term means.
