I took the lens out for its initial "trip" and found that at F1.4 ALL my exposures were focused on the background, not on my subject ( Subject was a guitar player about 6-8 feet away from me. Background was about 5 FEET behind him.) I have been focusing with a RF since I was 13, so I should understand how to do it..... these out of focus shots were the first I have had probably since I was 13..... the whole roll was toast...... Hopefully this calibration will fix the issue. I am looking forward to the Bokeh...... I just called to get the repair estimate....$35 to match the body and lens focus....not too bad...
