The lens can just bayonet onto the Visoflex (or bellows with the 16596
bellows adapter) and give you a fixed magnification (variable with the
bellows), otherwise:

Viso II or III plus 16464(OTZFO) focusing mount plus 16471(OTRPO) adapter
plus 135/4TE optical unit gives you infintiy to 38".

Viso II or III plus bellows II plus bellows adapter 16558 plus 135/4TE
optical unit gives you infinity to 23" (1:1.5).

Naturally you can use more adapters to get higher magnifications.

The Tele-Elmar is not considered as good as the Hektor when stopped way down
with high magnifications. See the LHSA Viewfinder article on the Hektor by
Dick Gilcreast.
