I guess it all comes down to appearances If a company tells me that one of it's departments is out on vacation, it kind of leaves me with the impression that they are running a Mickey Mouse operation. As for the vehicles, I need plugs shocks rings gearbox tires and wheels for my car and possibly a new head.
