My question is: should I go with the a classic M6 or one of the newer TTL models? ... I like the idea of being able to shoot "no-brainer" flash like I've come to get used to with my SLR gear. Hi Bob, I'm an amateur and the M-6 TTL is the first 35 mm camera I've used, so I can't compare it to the M-3 or an SLR. For me, the best part is the accuracy of the built in meter. I haven't been able to master flash photography yet; I find Leica flash cumbersome to use because you have to set the aperture for both the flash and the lens, and focus and compose while you are at it!
