Let me try to describe the problem again: If you look at the projector from the front, it has two grooves in the slot where the tray goes in. On the bottom of the right groove there is the little gear that moves the tray forward. On the left wall of the left groove there is a little lever that has the function of a stop for the tray. So, when you insert the tray from behind it can be moved forward until it touches this lever. Every time you push the forward button on your remote control this little lever moves inside the wall so the tray can be moved forward to the position of the next slide. In the case of my projector the lever is not being retracted completely. So, in contrast to what I have written in my last mail, the problem is not that the tray hangs because of the gear. But, the tray cannot be moved further by the gear because it is stuck at the lever. Actually, it is not very much that is missing so the tray would pass the lever. As I found out, the problem can be solved by simply taking away the sharp edge from the tray with a knife. Maybe Leica-trays would pass, I don't know. And maybe the movement of the lever is something that can be adjusted, I don't know either. Any more comments?
