NORMALLY, 'art' photos that didn't cast subjects in a bad or untrue light didn't need releases, even if published in a book.....nor did documentary or journalistic photos.....but hey, who'd have thought that McDonalds would be held liable for hot coffee???? I hope you get answers, just don't expect any of them to be correct!!
