Stock and editorial photography are hitting new lows through the established agencies and the Corbis royalty free junk. The only way to fight back is to join organizations like Editorial Photographers and ASMP and keep all rights to your photographs. Editorial Photo - http://www.editorialphoto.com is doing a great job of keeping photographers informed and fighting for good contracts for editorial use. Buyers will eventually learn when they see the cliche photographs they have bought being used by competitors that there is no bargain in royalty free "content."
