What we commented upon was the number of people with lots of the former and not enough of the latter. And many of them seem to practice the nature photography using the zone system. However, that said, I think I'd prefer someone with great artistic sense and a lack of technical capability in photography: I've seen some increadible photographs that were slightly or wholly out of focus, underexposed, slanted, or whatever. In some cases, it enhances the image. Which is, of course, why you get people who think they can just take fuzzy pictures and it'll be 'art'...
