It has a GN of about 66 (ft.), choice of 2 auto apertures (2.8 or 5.6 @100) and both low and full power fixed settings. Low is, if I recall correctly, 1/4 power. I find it useful for fill, with ISO 400 film. I have found all Minolta units I have used to be very reliable, with consistent results from frame to frame. They have a second terminal, which provides a "flash ready" signal in Leica reflex and the M6TTL finders. Minolta makes several smaller units, as well. The 200x can be found used, in mint condition, for $30 or less. Too cheap, you say? You bet! With Leica, I'm putting the real money in lenses. But if I find an SF 20 used, at a good price, I will probably buy it. Joe Sobel
