Based on my recollection, I would suggest that it is similar in reproduction 
to a contemporary Summicron, ca. 1960, perhaps a little softer wide open.  
Color balance is somewhat cooler, but still close to neutral.  Overall, a 
very nice lens, usually to be had for about 50% of the cost of the Summicron. 
 I believe they are all in black mounts and have similar optics.
