Hi Vick,

I was using an R8 and an R6.2 on a job most of Saturday. While its nice
to have one of each, I would much rather have been using an R8 for the
portraits I was taking with the R6.2. Nothing at all wrong with either,
but I find the R8 to be a much easier camera to use when the pressure is
on. Manual exposure control, manual film threading, manual rewinding,
manual whole stop shutter speeds, 1/100th flash sync, ... well, they're
all very nice and quaint and they make the 6.2 fun to use, but the R8 is
just so much more useful for photographic results that matter.

The 6.2 has size and weight on its side, if that's an issue. The R8's
ergonomics are hard to beat.

Just my opinion. :)
