"Little" is a big word, Larry!
Usually we do what we usually do, sometimes we don't:

Sometimes we have to shoot wide open.
Sometimes we blow up our negs to a much larger size.
Sometimes our pictures are done in strongly back lit or demandingly contrasty situations.

It's the exceptions that count when one deals with a premium product in my book.
