Not to belittle your frustration about this screw-up, but my experience in the last few days with Leica NJ parts has been very different. I e-mailed Dave Elwell (leicaparts@juno.com) for a small part for a 20-year-old shoulder stock #14188. The shoulder stock is long-discontinued and the part is just a steel pin but through a small series of e-mails and faxes he helped me describe the part well enough that he figured out what I wanted, and he's sent it to me gratis.
